keithisgood Posted May 7, 2023 Share Posted May 7, 2023 I do pub trivia and drafted a sort of "visual identity" for our team, The Greyhounds. Colors come from the mixed drink of the same name (vodka -> grey; grapefruit -> pink and orange). As a bar trivia team, my first attempt was a Drunken Greyhound Trivia King. I went so far as to 3-D print and "enamel" into a pin. Team thought that was a little too silly, though, so I tried for a more "regal" greyhound: Which I eventually worked into a soccer style crest: The custom typeface and diamond pattern are a nod to the German-influenced bar we play trivia at. Per Scientiam Vincimus tranlsates to "Through Knowledge we Conquer" Like I said, probably spent too much time on this. stumpygremlin Posted May 12, 2023 Share Posted May 12, 2023 For a pub trivia team, the original, silly logo is fantastic. I love the question marks in the crown. You did a great job there conveying what this is and what it's for. As far as the other logos, I do think they're fantastic, but I feel like the one not in the badge could stand to be a little wider.
