They say they didn't rank the NHL this year, but they don't say why. If it's because of the lockout ( ), why not say so, or simply rank the teams by last year's compilaton?

Well without knowing free agent signings, new coaches, ticket prices, etc. it might be hard to grade some of those categories.

This ranking is bogus!

They ranked the Phillies ownership at #69. Anyone that follows the team knows they deserved no higher than last.

I like how the Expos(Nationals) are #4 in Bang for the Buck.

"It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the

press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of

speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us

the freedom to demonstrate. And it is the soldier who salutes the

flag, serves beneath the flag, whose coffin is draped by the flag, and

who allows the protester to burn the flag."

How can the Patriots not be ranked #1 in the NFL? I don't always understand ESPN's logic with these things.

Did you look at the rankings? The affordability factor kills the Patriots. Otherwise, they'd be a lock for the #1 spot.

Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.

Hmm. That makes sense now that I think about it.
