Generally when presenting a modification of a previous concept/design, you post it under the same topic.It helps reduce board clutter, but perhaps more importantly, it allows viewers to see the progression of the design, helping them provide more poignant critiques and analysis. The jerseys are a bit too modern to go with Notre Dame, in consideration of how classic their football and basketball uniforms are. Plus, you have dark socks with a white jersey, a no-no in hockey. VitaminD Posted November 2, 2005 Share Posted November 2, 2005 TO THE CHOPPING BLOCK:- gold pants- oversized front numbers (this isn't football!)- overly progressive font for numbers (this IS Notre Dame)- socks that don't match the jersey's main color- the plain "Irish" font (a logo crest would look sharper, considering you have your choice of 2 great ones, the "ND" monogram or the shamrock, or you could use a more "Irish" font... though if you MUST use non-wordmark lettering, it should be vertical-arched instead of across the front; again, this is not football!The gold helmets, I say KEEP! If Michigan and Ohio State have hockey teams that use their football team's helmet as the basis for their hockey helmets, why can't the GOLDEN DOMERS do the same? "Start spreading the news...
