ElwoodCuse
I have been, and always will be, an advocate for the dark jerseys at home. I've been hoping for this since i was 8 (i've always been a historian )Now they've done it, and everyone hates it? why? White at home is soooo boring. Darks at home forever. Darks at home is boring because every game you go to is your team color vs. white. I'd rather see white vs. blue, black, red, green, whatever. Andy
I like it because I think when you go to a home game you should see one of your team colors, not white.
winghaz
I guess I'm just used to seeing home hockey teams in white.
SteveR
I think the team colors show up better on a white jersey.Using Boston as an example -- I don't need the entire jersey to be black to know the Bruins' colors are black and yellow.Boston is one of the top examples of a team whose whites look, to me, umpteen times better than their darks. Proc
Speaking as one of the "old" guys on this board (40), I still haven't gotten used to the dark sweaters (jerseys) at home. Too many years of seeing white at home, I guess. I turn on the NHL Center Ice package and have to see the logo at center ice before I figure out who the "home" team is. ;-)
