Viper
The NLL Insider blog has a series of posts devoted to team jerseys. One recent post is about the various alternate jerseys worn by various teams over the course of the season, including a few that have been discussed here: the Portland Lumberjax plaids, the Calgary Roughnecks' pinks, and of course the Minnesota Swarm Hawaiian-style threads. The article includes a poll for you to vote on your favorite of the bunch. Believe it or not, I voted for the Portland plaids, not the Swarm Hawaiians.

DEAD!
The Portland's plaids rule! I saw, I came, I left.
-kj
This isn't even a question for me. Portland needs to get their act together and get those plaids up on their site for purchase, because I really want one. Then they should use them as their primary home jersey. Waleslax
In case anyone was interrested, you actually can own these third jersey:http://www.nllproshop.com/rbk-lacrosse-aut...d-third-sr.htmlhttp://www.nllproshop.com/rbk-lacrosse-rep...a-third-sr.htmlhttp://www.nllproshop.com/rbk-lacrosse-rep...y-third-sr.htmlUnfortunately, they didn't seem to have the Swarm's thirds (or the Titans, which I actually would have bought). Drew22
I'd buy a Portland plaid jersey. Eagles/Heels/Dawgs/Falcons/Hawks
-kj
Waleslax, those sizes seem small. I'm guessing that lax jerseys don't run quite as big as (non-Swift/Edge) hockey jerseys...? Sabrejeff
If Portland upsets Calgary on Saturday, I wonder if they'll wear their plaids at Buffalo/New York in the nationally televised Championship game?
Waleslax
Waleslax, those sizes seem small. I'm guessing that lax jerseys don't run quite as big as (non-Swift/Edge) hockey jerseys...?Remember, they aren't hockey jerseys. The sleeves are shorter and the waists are higher. If you are buying one I'd recomend you buy a size (or even 2) up. I did buy a NY Saints one when they folded. It's an XL and the sleeves are like 3/4 length and the waist is near or above my belt level. In a hockey jersey, I wear a 52 or an XL in the old style, and I wear a 54 in the new Reebok Edge. When I played in the NLL, I wore what would be the equivelant of an XL (remember though, I did have very thin shoulder pads), and that was because I fought a lot and didn't want there to be a lot of loose jersey to grab. If I were to buy one now, I'd get an XXL.Also, if it helps, I am 6'1" 190#Rob
