dfwabel
I see why she's upset, but I don't think she should have left her job over it. Anyway, I've never sat in first/business class, and I've been on a lot of flights in my short lifetime. My cousin and I are going to Israel this summer with our grandparents and they were going to get business class tickets, but they've just gotten too expensive. One thing which is probably forgotten is that she is generally taller than any male part of the broadcast crew, so I can see how seat pitch, aka leg room, is important to her. If ESPN allows her to keep the miles accumulated, then it should not make that big a difference as she could be eligible to get unlimited upgrades depending on the air carrier(s). If not, them she needed to make sure she got the exit row or at least go to seatguru.com and recommend seats to whomever arranges the flights.
