Ok, I'm not sure which Pro Combat template it is, but I do know Army's wearing one, so I've gone ahead and updated their uniforms to reflect that. Also, I got the coat of arms on there.

I'm not an expert on colors, but both the blue and navy that you used on this concept should look more like the colors used for this logo.
