geminijoe28
it might look a little minor league but it would be different...i guess we would have to see them on a jersey to see if it would actually work...as far as single numbers go..i think you could either...1) have a single bite markor2) have 2 bite marks on the opposite sides..ex.#1 would have a bite mark on the left side upper left/bite mark right side lower rightsorry if i confuised anyone...again!! bosox
In my opinion the Shark Attack one is the better one, any chance of anyone showing an exmaple of this on a concept, or should I just do that myself?

spyboy1
not sure if i like the idea of chunked-out numbers, because i think it looks sorta minor leaguey That's a fair comment and I can see that. There have been so many really off the wall fonts & gimmicks used in the minors and the NHL has really not had anyone take it nearly as far.The inspiration for these came from the Utah Grizzlies old numbers with the claw slashes in them,http://www.dropthepucks.com/images/IHL/94-95Brickleybk.jpgand to a lesser degree the Manitoba Moose antler font, both of which I really like.JeffB Click here to read Third String Goalie - The Hockey Jersey of the Day Blog Click here to see my hockey and baseball jersey collection online ?You don?t like to see 20 kids punching 20 other kids.
