DolphinManatee
I'm back (You thought you've gotten rid of me, didn't you?). Anyways, here is my concept. Kits are in order of prevalence (home, clash, and third). So everybody C&C. (whatever that means)
Xodius
There's no contrast between the manatee and the teal. I'd suggest making the seal white.

Xodius
My bad. I was thinking "teal" and my mind made connections to the word "seal".
Lights Out
Did you intend for it to look like a manatee version of the Dolphins' logo? Because that'd be quite clever if the Mantees were supposed to be owned by the Dolphins. POTD: 2/4/12 3/4/

I like the aggressive face of the dolphin, so I drew an aggresive face on the manatee.

jaha32
There is just a lot of empty blue/teal space. Consider getting rid of that bottom blue circular area. Try thickening up the lines around the nose to egual the thickness of the line on the back. Then some color contrast! This could turn out real nice if you fix those things. TBGKon
Making the manatee gray/silver may help the contrast.
DolphinManatee
I think I should put two turquoise (as I'm calling this color) palm fronds across the top (where "South Florida" is) and make the "shield" part of the shield below the palm fronds white.
