TruColor
Since I've already been presenting these within the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' new uniform thread, I thought I'd move these out to a new thread. This is to show the official numerals and nameplate lettering being used by the NFL teams. I'll start with the newer designs and add to them as I get them completed...first of all, here are the lettering sets for the newest uniform designs: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2014): Jacksonville Jaguars (2013): Miami Dolphins (2013):
TruColor
...con't: Minnesota Vikings (2013): Seattle Seahawks (2012): I'll continue with individual numerals and more lettering sets...
TruColor
Here are the Arizona Cardinals' lettering (2012): Remember - the Cardinals use the same White lettering trimmed in Black on Cardinal Red for both Red and White jerseys.
TheRicSlick
Why is it that almost all the K's, Y's, and X's are the same. Nike looks like they use the same font for every team and add little quirky stuff to them to set them apart.
theSLVRBCK
Funny how the Bucs, Jags and Vikings sets make the Seahawks letters looks so normal and plain. LOL
ADW77
Funny how the Bucs, Jags and Vikings sets make the Seahawks letters looks so normal and plain. LOLThat's because the Seahawks use just a plain block font for their lettering.
Braden
Thanks for posting this Colorwerx. The Jags & Bucs nameplate fonts are much more different than I thought. This is the case mostly in the NFL, I get a kick of the subtle differences between "standard" block fonts on each team that uses them. EJ_Barlik
The Bucs would look so much better if they had just used the Star Trek font and been done with it
