so then you copy the Pats template. Think these though some more, spend more time on these and do some research to create a look that is all their own and one that represents the organization as a whole, not just slapping parts of the logo everywhere and hoping for the best.

^What he said.

None of these "updates" come off as designs you actually put thought or effort into, or that you actually believe are a better solution than the current design.

A few other thoughts:

  • Don't feel obligated to change every single element of the uniform. If the current number font is OK, then you can keep it rather than coming up with some weird new thing.
  • Don't be so literal–just because a team has an animal nickname, doesn't mean they need parts of that animal on every single element of the uniform.
  • Why are you making three color options for every jersey and pant? This again comes off as you feeling obligated to fill in an exisiting template, rather than actually deciding what looks best. The more mix & match colored things you include, the more watered down a concept becomes.

Lastly, what is that gray half circle shape between the jerseys?

Stick with your last template that you used with the Falcons and Jets. Once you use different templates you have to learn and study it, the titans template is flat out plain and you will get a plain design itself. Just keep practicing man and get better at designing, even though you'll get some blunt C&C that shouldn't stop you from achieving you to be a better designer.
