Me too. They did wear the blue pants with the gray jersey in Vegas. But the gray helmet (which is a slightly darker shade) still threw it off. If they went gray helmet, blue and white jerseys and only gray pants with both, I'd be fine with it.

Your bias is showing. And no amount of PR-speak is gonna hide it. Like @Red Comet said, this is a new league (of only 8 teams, I might add). It happening in one of the 5 major leagues is a rarity and an exception to the rule. In this new and small of a league, the best teams should be in the playoffs. Otherwise, fanbases are gonna find it hard to stick around if, in the end, having a winning team means nothing. And establishing fanbases is priority number 1 for a start-up league's success.

Like @gosioux76 said, new supplier (Under Armour). Personally, I prefer the Battlehawks UA uniforms, but their original 2020 helmet. Also not too keen on the all-gray aways. Kinda prefer a white jersey with gray pants.

Yes. That's what I've been saying. Something so simple, yet necessary for a league of this size. Try and get the best overall teams in the playoffs. Not taking away from Arlington. They won last year, fair and square based on the predetermined set-up. But when there are only 8 teams, 4 of whom are above .500 and one doesn't make the playoffs, but an under .500 team does, it can give a new, young league a not so good first impression and cause for not being taken seriously.

There'll only be 4 Power Conferences going forward. The top 5 ranked conference champions plus the 7 highest ranked non-conference champions will make up the field.

Selling out a 5,000 seat stadium is not even the same as 50% of a 20,000 seat stadium, which would not be ideal, in and of its self. It's still only 5,000 people vs 10,000. Even for this league, 5,000 is too small.

The original Michigan Panthers had a light blue outline around the numbers. I think removing it was a better choice. As was revamping the panther and essentially adding the pant stripe in there for further cohesion. In addition to being one of the overall best set of uniforms, it may be one of the best uniform updates I've ever seen.

Yeah... none of that's right. They have, in fact, been a single entity league, as beautifully illustrated by burgundy above, since 2000. "Major League Baseball" is now no different than "Major League Soccer". All of the top leagues (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB) are major leagues. MLB kept the NL and AL designations due to the long history associated with the names. Much like the with Big Ten, despite them having 18 schools beginning this summer. Or the Atlantic Coast Conference, even though they're adding a school from Dallas... and two from the Pacific Coast.

With LSU downing Wisconsin, and Tennessee up 28-0 on Iowa in the 4th quarter, a potential Alabama win would give the SEC a 5-0 bowl season in head-to-head matchups against the Big Ten this year. Didn't even realize they scheduled that many.

As both a Mizzou and XFL fan, I approve of the new UFL logo.

So instead of the Roughnecks staff/players rebranding as the Gamblers, as expected, it appears the Gamblers staff/players may have been rebranded as the Roughnecks and will be in the USFL division.

That was awesome getting to watch Mizzou beat Ohio State in my first ever trip to Texas. Now staying at a (meh) Motel 6 across the street from the stadium, which is the entire view from our window.

I wouldn't say "nothing". A college scholarship and 3+ years of development into the player that's being projected as a high draft pick sounds like a pretty big "something".
