  1. LA Kings CCM prototype, apparently from 1995: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Los-Angeles-Kings-CCM-Prototype-Pro-Jersey-/221577496616?pt=US_Autographs&hash=item33970c4828 Yeesh.
  2. That's the practice jersey from 2008 template.No it's not.
  3. Oilers Edge prototypes: http://boards.sportslogos.net/topic/58849-logo-and-uniform-prototypes/?p=1116897
  4. Washington Capitals Edge prototype: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-AUTHENTIC-REEBOK-WASHINGTON-CAPITALS-PROTOTYPE-HOCKEY-JERSEY-SZ-56-/191373507852?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item2c8ebffd0c I believe this is the same seller who had the Canucks prototype from a couple months ago.
  5. The Royals' previous road script was better. The current one looks too small and weak. The Orioles' old road script was also better than the current one.
  6. Thanks. I believe that was the best font for NC State basketball (and it should be for NC State football, especially on its Atlanta Falcons-style jerseys in 2004 & 2005. How about these numerals on the old Cincinnati Bearcats uniforms back in their old C-USA days? a.) as of 2000 b.) as of 1999 c.) as of 2003 or d.) as of 2001 or The 2003 font is just plain old Athletic Gothic. The other uniforms use a proprietary Russell font called "Orb."
  7. The condensed "WISCONSIN" font is called Red Zone... I'm not sure what the other one is.
  8. Um, yes, there were striping inconsistencies. The helmet, sleeves, and collar/pants all clearly use different striping patterns.I do agree with your point about the road uniforms being too red-heavy. However, when that set was first introduced, they had the perfect solution:
  9. The striping inconsistencies drove me nuts with that set... they also looked like the Giants. They should have never gotten rid of the red helmet, though.
  10. Also, it appears that the Sixers' 2007 alternate was originally supposed to be the basis for their entire uniform set: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Philadelphia-76ers-Team-Issued-Blank-Jersey-Black-Reebok-Size-44/131298953279?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131003132420%26meid%3D9003b4586a294d9b8979157feb87b24f%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D20131003132420%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D141410952082&rt=nc http://www.ebay.com/itm/Philadelphia-76ers-Team-Issued-Blank-Jersey-White-Reebok-Size-44/141410961043?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20131003132420%26meid%3Dc1e43e79bcf04b50a2454f130c25075a%26pid%3D100005%26prg%3D20131003132420%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D131298953279&rt=nc
  11. Pacers prototype from 2005: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Indiana-Pacers-2005-2006-Team-Issued-Sample-Jersey-Reebok-/141410952082?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20ecbfe392
  12. Speaking of college logos: Duke, Kansas, Pitt, and Wake Forest have never had a good logo. Also, with few exceptions, I really dislike the old-school cartoony logos that used to be common in college.
  13. Some of them would be better without the side panels. I actually like the first one on the action template.Designs 1 and 3 look very nice.
  14. More Vikings prototypes: http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11384090/minnesota-vikings-rejected-uniform-designs-uni-watch
  15. Actually, that picture is from the 2001 preseason, so they already made the switch to the current number font.
  16. Looks like the Saints strongly considered switching to serif numbers (and white numbers at home) in 2000: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2000-NFL-NEW-ORLEANS-SAINTS-PROTO-TYPE-PRESENTATION-COMPLETE-UNIFORM-IN-BOX-/111429370284?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19f1b541ac
  17. Maybe the Concepts forum should be made private like the Requests forum to help cut down on outsiders' plagiarism.
  18. UniWatch posted some unused Vikings prototypes from 2003 yesterday. I actually really like this one:
  19. Who would've thought this look would be lightyears better than what they have now. That switch to nike really cost the Seahawks. I'd love to see a remake of these uniforms, and they'd sell like hot-cakes.How is this any different than what Nike always gets criticized for?Neon "volt" color? Check. No real design other than contrasting sleeves? Check. Yet because it's not Nike, it gets a pass?
  20. And my best guess as to what the home sweater would have looked like:
  21. Apparently the Canucks' choice to go back to green and blue during the Edge redesign was made late in the game, because this prototype popped up on eBay recently: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-AUTHENTIC-REEBOK-VANCOUVER-CANUCKS-PROTOTYPE-HOCKEY-JERSEY-SZ-56-/191200585831?pt=U_Hockey_Fan_Shop&hash=item2c84716867&nma=true&si=Huz6zPNBJdbZ6hfDs5rhSGuO%252B38%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
