    I'll offer my two dull pennies. The Islanders will find a home close by as some of you have mentioned. Carolina will head up to French Canadian land despite Bettman pleading Karmanos to keep a team he can't afford. The Phoenix/Glendale/Arizona/Tempe Coyotes will move to Houston, where no one cares or to Seattle, where they will play in 150 year old Key Arena.

    I liked the royal blue for the Patriots so much more. I remember being disappointed seeing that change.

    Most of these announcers will not criticize ANYONE. It doesn't surprise me that Musberger defended Mixon. I'm just surprised that he pretty much doubled down.

    I think she is actually pretty good. I generally value her opinions, unlike those opinions of a newspaper writer that is isolated in Sabanville.

    The Devils will NEVER become New Jersey's team. We love the Flyers too much around here. Besides having a minor league team in New Jersey cannot be anywhere in South Jersey. It's not economically feasible.

    TCU = Dallas/Ft Worth market** West Virginia = a steady football program which has had success and a large following ** - I think the whole market is a little overblown (see Rutgers) but some fund it a critical part of the process

    You're probably right. Houston's convincing win over Oklahoma might have scared some Big XII folks and taken them out of the running.

    I feel as though it's already decided. Houston and Cincinnati are in and the conference is just stringing the other along.
