  1. Much, much better! I love it already! White numbers can work to justify the white stripe on the blue stripe on the yellow pants.
  2. You know, mesh never was around during the 1898-1950's. Those uniforms were 98% cotton.
  3. The Cardinals football team was aptly named after the uniform colors when they faded. I do not think they were thinking of the Cardinal bird until the late 1930's. But the color cardinal is a very old and classic medium crimson color that has been around for awhile and worn by the Cardinals in religious sects. So basically he did name the team after the color of the jerseys. And yes, I love Michigan's colors. I was reminded how the Chargers in 1985, the Pacers in 1990, and any other team switch to this type of color. I always loved the Rams royal blue and athletic gold and Michigan's navy blue and athletic gold colors when they wear it because both look beautiful and I am a sucker for the athletic gold colors clashing well with the blues, browns, and greens (mostly Oregon's classic colors). My only problem is the oversaturation of it done with the Rams color rush. I wish they had navy blue pants to go along with the athletic gold color rush. Then in 1997-ish when the Pacers switched their home whites to home athletic gold which was brillant.
  4. I do not like them at all. Does not look right on the new uniform template.
  5. Why copper pants? Does it make the cardinal color unique or something?
  6. You should use the same design for the sleeves onto the pants.
  7. Just like their white and aqua pants. I do not know why they did that in 1987, but I guess they wanted to copy the Chargers, Cowboys, and Saints. In 1974, the Chargers started that trend with the double trimmed block numbers which they use the jersey colors for that invisible space for the second trim color which is nice for its time but was a mid 1970's thing with the Chargers. Gotten popular by the 1980's when the Dallas Cowboys followed that style for their navy blue jerseys in 1981. Then the Saints did so in 1983 trying to make their uniforms look classy. Then later on, we get the Dolphins in 1987.
  8. Nothing wrong with DC Comics. It just needs to be written better. I love DC Comics!
  9. He is probably lonely and wants Paul Lukas to acknowledge his existence!
  10. Well thanks. That is another one too.
  11. Done. What do you all think now? Green background looks decent or does it need to be sort of light?
  12. But most were on white background too. I am going to go on Photoshop and Illustrator and fix that.
  13. I will compare these two, The original had more flare and it was more italicized. This one is the logo they use for the legacy helmets. I wish it was on a green background and white lettering instead of reverse, but I got this from The Wiki. Compared to this half assed job here, This one that a redditer did was very rushed. They did not do any research to the 1978-1997 logos. They are familiar with the uniform years being 1978-1990 and 1990-1997 which to me is fantastic, but they need to use this font, Serpentine Sans Font | Webfont & Desktop | MyFonts to capture the feel of the logo and play with it on illustrator or just take the original from the PNG file and on photoshop copy most of the lettering and make the copy areas into a path and they have something to work on. But Serpentine Sans is the very close to the actual 1978-1997 logo.
  14. Should be more italicized. This one looks half done!
  15. Damnit. Well, I guess my wishes were destroyed. Back to looking at highlighter yellow and the nightmare rages on.
  16. @Gothamite GOOD NEWS!!! I AM STOKED AS WELL!!!
  17. I do not think anyone liked this uniform as people liked the New York Sack Exchange look better.
  18. I hope I do not fan the flames with this one,
  19. Now you see why it's always angry all the time? I do not blame this cardinal one bit!
  20. Now, here is a gold the Saints should be trying to get for their helmets. Geez, the pale Vegas gold just looks like khaki.
  21. Since you said that, I rather keep the logo and lose the stripes. They are not necessary at all. I rather they do that. To me, if Tennessee ever had white helmet alts, I would ditch the stupid grey color addition or just modify the Titans classic uniforms into what I have seem other content creators and artist done before.
  22. Very classic. The thing that bothered me was the outdated stripes on the helmet. I grew very annoyed of it and wish they followed the stripes they had on their white pants and place upon the helmet. They were trying to copy the Ravens and Panthers which was to me a dumb move. I can see why the Jaguars and Texans stood back from that.
  23. I guess now Taylor Swift's logos will be red and athletic gold. WOW, geez. What a trashy season the NFL had to endure.
