Honestly this is a good point. There’s definitely some MLB coaches/managers who start coaching at the highest level immediately after playing retirement. There is also the instance of a coach never actually playing the sport they get hired for. For example, Dave Trembley never played baseball yet found his way into the manager position of the Orioles and was, well, bad at his job. Should Saturday have rose through the ranks? Yeah that’s a no brainer, but it’s not like this sort of thing never happens in sports.

Cowboys and Packers playing each other this week so no chance in hell any other matchup gets the nod. Despite how much better the other teams are.

The Broncos had a more offensive uniform this week than the Commanders probably will. Like, a team actively has to try to look worse than Tennessee and Denver did just that. Speaking of Denver uniforms, I have a theory Russell Wilson wants the Broncos to mimic Seattle uniform combinations from when he was with them.

The Saints shade of gold is incredibly depressing. You’d think a team residing in New Orleans would have the most vibrant shade possible.

That’s what I noticed too. Specifically Seattle. At first glance, the navy looked black. Whether it was the cameras themselves or the choices by the teams, this game just didn’t look good.

Bucs-Seahawks is too dark. Seattle should’ve went with grey pants.

Maryland is a fake 6-3 team. They’re just a 3-3 team with gimme wins against Buffalo, Charlotte, and SMU. They struggle immensely in conference play. They deserve to lose against Penn Starte, Ohio State, and even Rutgers. This team is not good at all.

I’m saying that even with its flaw, it’s still a good alternate that I’d like to see reappear.

Honestly, the pewter jersey is a really good alternate. The only problem I have is the absence of orange and black which requires the need for two pairs of pewter pants. I hope it reappears this season.

I know the Panthers logo is intended to be an abstract outline of the Carolinas, but it doesn’t have to be like that.

I wonder what a mashup of all 4 eras would look like (omitting brown and yellow of course)
