Teams always pick the dumbest games to wear alternates.

Not sure how I feel about the red helmets looking orange

Was able to see Washington’s burgundy and white jersey side by side in person the other day.

I can definitely say, I like the white jersey more

Those ND uniforms look like they belong in the 1920s with Jay Gatsby 

Everyone is comparing the Bears helmet to Syracuse when Illinois is literally right there

Regardless of the side panel issue, these pants could be worn freely with the black, white, and orange jersey without the additional need of separate white nemo pants.

At what point will any of these alternate helmets be silently shifted into primary status?

My money is on Carolina being the first to make the shift

Apparently it’s very unpopular to think this, but this helmet sucks. It’s nearly as horrendous as the Mandies black helmet. As such, it should have never seen the light of day. The Bengals are clearly desperate to please the ““ crowd. A throwback helmet or an orange-to-white gradient helmet would’ve been more impactful to Cincinnati’s branding than this pile of :censored:

The returning throwback pants don’t have a silver stripe. They could easily just take those pants and shift them to the color rush alt.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the Cowboys do white/navy/white and all white color rush for the two remaining alt games outside of Thanksgiving 

Gold Yellow Canary helmets would’ve been a better option for Washington.

Speaking of the Mandies, they only have one game scheduled for their all black uniforms. Seems like they’ll wear them with their white uniforms/jerseys for the other two eligible games. That being said, the black helmet decals do not fit in at all with the white uniforms. Chances are they’ll likely swap decals and go with the gold “W” outlined in burgundy for those games.

So they dropped LA, Tampa Bay, and NY

As far as non-throwback helmets go, I’d say Cardinals have the best one

The NFL has had the longest tenure with Nike out of the 3 and they had been pretty steadfast in a lot of their uniform policies, but like another said on here, the dam is leaking pretty heavily right now. 

 

I dont give a about scorebugs or checking your phone.  When you turn a game on TV, you should be able to know who's playing relatively quickly. 

Which is exactly why I loathe the Bengals white helmet. They’ll likely be wearing them with all white uniforms for the 3 allowed games. To a casual fan, they’ll think the Zebras are playing. Why? Probably because there’s no :censored:ing orange clearly visible on that uniform head-to-toe.

It’s as bad as the Browns turd cosplay uniforms that they thankfully rarely wear.

Pretty subpar TV show. J-Lo isn’t really the greatest actress in the world, but gotta respect the late great Ray Liotta. Suffered from crime show fatigue. Too many cop shows around this time. Lasted 3 seasons though.

The green and white of the “JETS” and football need to be reversed

They seem to like to wear the stealth black uniforms on Halloween weekend. They did it a couple seasons ago against Cleveland and it was visually, color wise, a decent looking game of Halloween colors.

Define “in a fun way” because a helmet that is completely devoid of an essential color to the team isn’t exactly “fun” and no, it doesn’t keep the iconic stripes intact. It makes the team look cheap. It’s a bad helmet that has no place amongst an orange and black team.

All I’m saying is, the white Bengals helmet is a waste of a second helmet
