    Involved in the Bears GM Search will be their consultant Bill Polian. So why do NFL teams always go to him, Ernie Acorsi or Charlie Casserly to find their GM?

    the fact that Mike Tomlin has never had a season below .500 is amazing. He's had 3 seasons of 8-8 but nothing lower than that.

    So what is the overall opinion of Derek Carr?

    if Pete Carroll and/or John Harbaugh are free, Shad Khan would be interested no doubt, but I can't see them being interested at all in Jacksonville unless they bring in their own personnel guy, so obviously it would be John Schneider for Carroll. Also, Trent Baalke did not get along with Jim Harbaugh.
