after saying that he played great against Dallas and everyone else sucked

I don't get why players do this, saying that they were great and everyone else lost the game. It's a team sport, you win as a team and you lose as a team. It would be one thing if he picked off Dak three times and allowed zero receptions but the Eagles still lost, but he played quite an unremarkable game as far as I know. Just comes off as toxic.

I actually think that after the 2021 switch to the whites as the primary, they have a top half of the league set. It is cohesive, the colors are strong, and the design does enough without doing too much. Adding the extra curl to the horn and getting rid of the gradient on the home numbers would put them in the top 10.

The bones can rightfully be picked apart, but I find it much easier to let alternates slide these days when assessing team's uniforms. So many teams have atrocious alternates now and they can only wear them 3 times anyways.

This is the key right here. If they don't do that, then there's no way I can put them near the top half of the league. Take away the name tag chest patches while you're at it. As they are right now, those patches and the gradient are the definition of "doing too much."

The NFL doesn't allow alternates at all in the playoffs with rare exception, while the NHL merely mandates that you wear the same home uniform the entire playoffs, regardless if it's an alternate or not.

For the life of me, I do not understand this rule. Teams should wear their primaries as much as possible in the playoffs. Why force teams with bad taste (Hurricanes) to completely shun their primary uniforms? What purpose does that possibly serve?

Of course last year it worked out for the Hurricanes, wearing their should-be-forever-primary reds. Winning a cup in black would be sacreligious. Same for the Rangers-South CANES whites. That's part of why last year's ECF loss stung so bad. Even if they come back and win it this year or next year, there's a 95% chance it wil be in one of those two.

I love the NHL playoff uniform rule. I think they do a great job of maintaining uniform integrity in the playoffs. If the Canes want to make sacrilegious uniform decisions in the playoffs, that's not the NHL's fault. The NHL can really be the dumbest league in the world in tons of different areas, but uniforms aren't one of them. I blame the Canes themselves for any and all moronic uniform ideas.

As a Ravens fan, can we get some 2001 OT INT Mike Brown magic from the Bears vs. the Browns this weekend? My apologies to Joe Flacco, but now that he has finally reached that elusive milestone of 100 wins, he can lose out for all I care!

Additionally, may our brothers in purple take care of business against the 'Jungle Bung(ho)les', plus here's hoping for a former Baltimore team to send PIT packing with a third consecutive loss!

Also, bug-eyed / 'BulgEyed' Tomlin & his stupid streak of never having a losing season constantly being mentioned ad nauseam gets on my nerves, as does the fact that out of six current AFC teams with a 7–6 record, PIT just so happens to have the lead over every single one at the moment!

I'd much rather have seen them wear purple pants this week so they can wear this at SF on Christmas when the Niners put on their throwbacks, but oh well...

What makes you think that wearing black pants this week means that they won't on Christmas?

I think they should've worn purple pants for both games because the Ravens' black pants are just as bad as the Saints' black pants and shouldn't exist, but I digress.

Bills fans always seem to complain about the white over blue look every time they wear it, acting like they’ve never won a game in it before, yet they’re 3-1 in it over the past two seasons.

Looking through the comments on that tweet, I can't say I completely disagree with them (for this week). This would've been a good week to break out the standing buffalo throwbacks (if they still exist), which is what a lot of the comments were advocating for. That being said, I disagree with the majority of Twitter users, who think that all one color is the coolest thing in the world.

Bills again sticking with the (superior) home combo they last won in. Thought this may have been a Color Rush game.

Thank goodness they've put together some big wins in their proper combos (blue/white/blue and white/blue/white). It should mean they dress like a proper NFL team for the rest of the season.

And of course, we have to be thankful that last year's preferred all-blue set got mauled in the Divisional Round by the Bengals to close last season, before managing to lose to Zach Wilson in Week 1 this season. They haven't worn it since.

Yeah, cream/off-white works in moderation, but I'd have to imagine the league doesn't want the appearance of one of their franchises having a jersey that looks old and unwashed as a full-time jersey.

Plus there's the issue of white balancing for cameras and stuff to consider, as well.

I certainly hope the reason for it isn't the same as it is in the NBA, who say that the color messes with their advertisements.
