stimpy
I know this concept is a little boring but I need something to get out of my creators block. This is an Alt. concept, something without the Dunkin Donuts stripes. Well here it is C&C please.http://www.imagehosting.us/imagehosting/sh....png/?id=220772

bulldogbarks55
Looks fine for what it is. But the Providence AHL team should always be the REDS. One of the best things the Cleveland AHL team did was name themselves the BARONS. And Springfield should still be the Indians, albeit tastefully. The habit of naming affiliates after the big club is lame. And when you have a tradition like Providence has, just plain stupid!
slapshot
I think they kept the parent club's name to get more attention from fans and the press. "Providence Bruins" sounds instantly like the Boston Bruins affiliate, moreso than "Providence Reds" would. I do think the Reds would be a better name to play off the history of hockey in Rhode Island, but as long as they're a Bruins affiliate, they'll probably remain the Bruins.
