Wow! Steinbrenner must really be fuming. It was a close game. Both picthers threw complete games. Best combined pitching performaces today. It was just one pitch that made the difference. They won 103 games last year, so this year they will win 100 games. If they are still under .500 at the end of this month then I will worry. Johnson pitched great tonight and had 1 bad pitch. That's 2 great outing in a row for him. I think they should play Andy Phillips a little more to get his youthful enthusiam plus he can't hurt as they are currently getting no profuction from 1b anyways.
