It's time that the Blue Jays proudly feature the royal blue again. I was thinking of making the road alt black. The road hats should have a T next to the blue jay instead of a J.

That blue's a little too bright for me. I'd change it to a darker blue, not by much though.

Good, but I'd suggest making the Road Alt. black and the ST/BP jersey blue. That black would get hotter than the blue, so the blue would be a better choice for the Florida sun. Also, as Camden Crazy said, darken the blue a little bit.

i dunno about the blue, it seems to light and a little off the way a bluejay looks like, I would go about x3 darker, and add a T to the road and you gotta winner

Added my new Jays concepts. Incorprated blue back in, with some tweaks to the current set. Feedback welcome.

A couple conceptual problems:

1. 2 alternates? An alternate is just that, an alternative to primary uniforms, to be worn every once in a while. So now you need an alternate for every once in a while among the every once in a while? It's redundant. The blue one would work home or road. Dump the black one.

2. The cap logos are mindbogglingly oversized. The "T" logo occupies almost all of the front 2 panels. Granted, what they have now are large, but yours exceed what they use by a good margin.

3. The darker you make the blue, the less necessary it is to have black. The blue cap logo is lost against the black field of the cap. Either go with a white outline to separate dark from farker, or get rid of black altogether. After all, you seem to be pushing a return to blue in this set.

Why don't you try a blue in the PANTONE DS 203 to 209 series? I eyedropped a photo of a Blue Jay I have, and that's where all of the blues are at on the scale on the bird.
