I just don't like the colors at all. And does the snake work with Copperheads? Cuz, I thought they were thinking about that name for some other reason.

I think the biggest problem right now is that the oil derrick looks very 2-dimensional, so it's hard to tell if the snake is coiled around it or not.

yah i agree it's something 2-D with something 3-D around ti it's kinda confusing

If the 3-D snake on a 2-D oil derrick is a concern, maybe you could work it something like this:

it looks like hes around a card board box thats has the logo painted on it just make it i wanna see how it turns out

I'd think about changing the colours. The blue and copper don't look that great together.
