garygorilla
Checked out the South Coast League Baseball site. They've post possible names and logos for a team inAnderson, South Carolina. One of the name is the Anderson Joes, named after Shoeless Joe Jackson. I thinkthat's pretty unique.

TBGKon
I wonder if the Sparks has something to do with Sparky Anderson.Probably not, since Sparky was originally from some city in South Dakota.
Puck
Joes. Go Joes.Only reason I don't like the name is if they lose a nail biter, you know that the radio broadcaster, newspaper writer or local sports reporter will utter the line "Say it ain't so, Joe."Then you figure how many times they're going to say that before everyone gets sick of the line and possibly the name.
