That would make a bit of sense if so, but if hes just suing because he feels that the plane crash wont get him a high resale price then hes probably just a dick IF hes a rich MoFo. From wat im getting from this 7 mil is basically pocket change to him and wouldnt make much of a difference anyway. But if the apartment's worth equals the majority of his monatary worth than again his point regains some merit. And im not saying just because hes a rich bastard hes not entitled to the same benefits as the less wealthy, but if hes suing for that large of an amount and doesnt need the money then hes a dick just on principle.
