M&N 1968 Detroit Tigers

Got a problem with Mitchell & Ness's 1968 Detroit Tigers' Kaline & McLain jerseys that are currently for sale:

I believe the number fonts should be a closer match to what they present on their road jerseys:

This was Kaline in the '67 home whites and -- having been there -- I believe the '68 whites had a similar number font.

I'm usually impressed by M&N's selections but I think they really missed the boat here.

Thoughts?

Actually, you're right. Mea culpa. I'm so used to writing in a work group that requires "guessing" titles like these that I forgot where I was.

Is there a way for an original poster to edit the thread title?

[Croatia National Team Manager Slavan] Bilic then went on to explain how Croatia's success can partially be put down to his progressive man-management techniques. "Sometimes I lie in the bed with my players. I go to the room of Vedran Corluka and Luka Modric when I see they have a problem and I lie in bed with them and we talk for 10 minutes." Maybe Capello could try getting through to his players this way too? Although how far he'd get with Joe Cole jumping up and down on the mattress and Rooney demanding to be read his favourite page from The Very Hungry Caterpillar is open to question. --The Guardian's Fiver, 08 September 2008
