When I was a kid, I had the clock made with this illustration:I'm not a kid any more, but what does that matter? Here's my framed Dave Boss Saints poster from '66:One thing I love about it is how the unis obviously hadn't been finalized (these were done a year before the Saints came into the NFL), so he painted what they thought the Saints would be wearing. The result is more of a concept that's close but not identical (differences are the FDL, single helmet stripe, & sleeve stripe colors reversed). I'm sure a lot of football fans who have these prints are still unaware of the posters use of players that weren't on the respective teams as source material. We did a little bit of "creative" art by taking an existing piece of painted art featuring John Elway and repainted it with the updated Broncos uniform... nothing else in the art changed, however Olympic Broadcaster Logos - BevReview.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
