I came across a logo in an ad, that looked an awfully lot like a marijuana leaf... But it's clearly suppose to be a maple leaf.

Anyone else think it looks more like a marijuana leaf?

Yeah, that is an odd choice using that kind of a maple leaf instead of the more well-known "Canadian Flag" shape. Maybe they're trying to pull a Disney-esque subliminal message..

I don't see an issue. The maple in my yard has leaves that look like that, not like the Canadian flag.

There doesn't seem to be much of a conflict of interest here. Marijuana leaves are more slim than a maple leaf. So no, I don't seem any real problem.

Buckeyes are a delphinium. They only have five leaves.

That is a Maple Leaf.

I have in fact had a pot leaf that looked like a Canadian Flag.

If you have ever gone camping or hunting in Canada you would know many Maple Leaf's to look like this.

These Maple leaves are primarily the first year of life.

Since Maple Trees grow like bad weeds in Canada, these are found everywhere !
