gueman
I am a fan, but my hockey knowledge is not encyclopedic. I wonder if any of you know the answer. Alex Ovechkin leads the Caps and the NHL in goals and points (as of this posting). BUT he also is the Caps leader in PIM. So my question is has a teams scoring leader ever also been its PIM leader? Giving money and power to government is like giving whiskey and car keys to teenage boys. P. J. O'Rourke
SenatorJake
Eric Lindros did it. 1998-99.I'm pretty sure he's not the only one. Gordie Howe probably did it too.
sergeimakarenkov44
No doubt it's happened before. Probably less often now than back in the old days though
Don
Dale Hunter has probably done it in his more offensively prolific seasons. 100+ pts 3000+ pims only player to have done that. And surprisingly, Gordie Howe wasn't the first to accomplish this feat.
