I can only assume that was because Chicago was in town, and this way they went green to counter the Bulls' red to have a Christmas-ey feel.Of course it just looks stupid. The Lakers whites are one of those uniforms that I've always felt was good, but because we're so used to yellow for them, they just look weird.
