i dont think theres enough contrast in the colors to just go grey/silver and blue. it needs more white or black. maybe both. also, all the design elements, the numbers logo, stripes need more than 2 colors. they're not simple elements like the Colts and Jets. if you could take away alot of the strokes around everything it would help, but still the contrast in colors isnt good enough

the lion should havea little white. like the places where blue is present inside the lion could be white.

There's not nearly enough contrast with the blue and silver, especially in the logo. And let's leave the silver jersey in 2000 where it belongs...
