At this point, the devil looks a bit too human, if you know what I mean.I always thought it would be neat to see the Devils try to incorporate the actual mythical Jersey Devil into a logo. What they have now looks really good, but doesn't really resemble this thing- Not necessarily suggesting you go this direction, it's just a thought I'm throwing out there. Also, I'm not sold on the white horns and goatee. In addition, the nose is too curvy for the style of the rest of the logo.
