As I'm sure a lot of you know, I'm the mascot for the Greensboro Grasshoppers of the South Atlantic League. Minor League Baseball is having a "Mascot Mania" contest to determine the fans' favorite mascot, and I'm Guilford the Grasshopper is up against some stiff soft and fuzzy competition, and could use your help!

If you could, please click on the following link:

Vote for any of the mascots you like, but when you get to "South Atlantic League," vote for Guilford the Grasshopper! There are no limits on how many times you can vote.

You can also vote on Twitter by including @GSOHoppers and #MascotMania up to 25 times per day.

Thanks!

It staggers the mind to see the number of mascots that look like they would scare small children.
