I disagree. A front number has no place on a jersey with an arched word mark.

Why not? Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. The Mariners look better without, but this Reds jersey that looks like a previous one, would look better with. Not all arched wordmarks should be sans front number.

Front numbers as typically placed on a button down jersey break the visual symmetry of having the arched wordmark on the front.

The socks should be white, I'm going to have to check my resolution on that one. I tried adding a number to the away, and while a number can work with some arched wordmarks, it didn't with this one.
