fonz
I thought I'd bring back the old Hamilton Tigers of the NHL. What do you think?

Shane Does Art
Too plain and boring. Hi, how are you?
fonz
Ok, thanks for the feedback. The Tigers were a team in like the early 1920's so I wanted to go with a classic/old school sort of look for them. Their colours were black, yellow, and white, so there wasn't much I could do to avoid Bruins comparisions in terms of colour/retro look. However, when they started playing they used an orange instead of yellow. So I switched out the yellow in the jerseys for the orange. Any other ideas of where I could take this design or is it good as is?
Shane Does Art
Maybe if the parts under the stripes leading to the end of the jersey should be couloured but go back to the yellow. Hi, how are you?
fonz
Thought I'd bump this in light of the Pens moving to Hamilton talk. Anyone thinks these jerseys could be used?
Coast2CoastAM2006
Thought I'd bump this in light of the Pens moving to Hamilton talk. Anyone thinks these jerseys could be used?i'd just overhaul their uniform package. most people don't even know who or what the hamilton tigers are. most people weren't alive when they were still in there league, so its not like your messing with tradition or anything. i wouldnt' do anything radical but it wouldn't hurt to give them a unique logo set and color scheme. which is probably what will happen when the pens move to hamilton. Spoilers!
JH42XCC
Well, fonz, if you're going to make a concept that would bring back a long defunct NHL franchise, shouldn't you update the logo?
steiny_ramone
The Tigers (if they existed) should get an Ottawa Senators-ish look. In that, the keep the same name and colours as the original team, but some modern logos and modernized jerseys. facespace?http://www.myspace.com/seancalcottmusic http://www.myspace.com/forgottentoys
I Am A Flaming Douche Bag
Im from Hamilton. The bronze colour doesnt work, they need to be yellow and black cuz its part of there history and the ti-cats are yellow and black. I think they should just drop the name if they get an nhl team/
fonz
Thought I'd bring back this old concept of mine for discussion with all this talk of a team coming to Hamilton.

cappital92
Fonz, you're a terrible message board leader(I know, pot calling kettle black), but you make suprising good concepts. The striping is a tad plain, and I think that if you updated the sleeve logo and make the main logo the sleeve logo, this could be a very nice concept. http://www.wizardsxtra.com Is it the shoes?
