Remember Puma's big dump of national team kits a couple of days ago? Well, here are some more that were specifically designed for the Women's Euro 2022 tournament this summer. They're all collaborations with London-based fashion house Liberty, which is known for its floral prints. So some elements from the versions we saw earlier in the week have been replaced with tonal floral patterns. Italy: Iceland: Switzerland: Austria (who weren't among Monday's releases): Puma is also making boots and goalkeeper gloves with Liberty floral prints for the tournament.

That seems to be a Puma thing for this season. I've seen a few other leaks/rumours of their shirts with stripes that don't go all the way up to the shoulders or down to the hems. Most notable one was AC Milan.

We do not know yet. I've heard rumblings that Nike didn't expect Canada to qualify so they didn't get started on new kits, and now it's too late. I've emailed Canada Soccer's media people, but never got a reply.

It's busy, but I like it. I get what they were going for, and I think they got there for the most part. But they could have heeded Coco Chanel's advice: "Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take one thing off."

Yeah, the photos the team released didn't show much of the pants stripe. Here's some from a local reporter's Twitter feed: I don't think they're going to be *that* noticeable from the usual TV camera angles. But maybe they'll be distracting just knowing that they're there.

New Elks uniforms unveiled this morning: They went all in with the antler-football logo, putting it on the sleeves and in the pants stripe. Some consternation on Twitter that the numbers on the green jersey are white instead of gold, but overall a nice look, I think.

Not sure that Stuttgart kit will be next year's home kit. Their website only refers to it as a "special 1992 edition top" and the language seems to indicate they only intended to wear it once.

The 'Hand of God' shirt auction closed at 11:01 a.m. ET today: Beats out an original handwritten Olympic manifesto that sold for $8.8 million US in December 2019 and a Babe Ruth Yankees jersey from the late 1920s that sold for $5.64 million US in June 2019. Sotheby's seems pretty certain that it's the right shirt. They've had an outside firm photomatch it to what he was wearing in the second half. Regardless, there's been a bid and the reserve has been met, so it's selling one way or the other.
