  1. Yes to the orange Mets! I've always like the orange/blue combination...and the red Braves uniform looks very sleek.
  2. Corporate Memphis strikes again. It was alright the way it was. What did the dog and cat ever do to be shunned from the logo?
  3. Not gonna lie, I am actually digging the BYU/Utah uniform matchup...
  4. The gold ABA Pacers uniform is awesome. I've always been an advocate for the yellow Pacers jersey's, and I would love to see how the other Pacers uniforms would had looked with a yellow base. Also, those 1985 Bucks uniforms are extremely underrated.
  5. I immediately think of all of the college teams, such as Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, Alabama, UCLA, and such who have had such consistent branding that it seems like blasphemy even thinking about a major overhaul to their branding.
  6. I get it, I get it, the 90's were the era for loud and oversized designs, but this is TOO loud and oversized. I'm sure you could see that logo from the International Space Station.
  7. I used to despise these uniforms, but I have grown to appreciate them over the past few years. One of my personal favorite (and I would argue only good) BFBS uniforms.
  8. I appreciate Cleveland for wanting to do something different in trying to reinvent themselves, but the regular NOB font just looks better.
  9. Not a uniform per se, but seeing Jeff Gordon fill in for Dale Jr. in the 88 car in 2016 always boggled my mind.
  10. This whole thing is a beauty, from start to finish. I am a sucker for the drop-shadow 49ers' look, and I think the gold number do complement the rest of the uniform really well. Those green Seattle uniforms look great too, and it makes me wish for Seattle to bring back a green alternate uniform that doesn't blind us in the eyes.
  11. 2022 is their last year sponsoring the 18 car. They won't be back next year.
  12. LEON LETT...NO! He seriously has to be the unluckiest man in sports history.
  13. From a game-play standpoint, I am looking forward to this game. From an aesthetic standpoint, I am looking forward to this game. The Rams and Bengals have some of my favorite uniforms in the league, and the uniform match is a beauty. Combine that with one of the best Super Bowl logos since this era of logos began, and we have got an aesthetically pleasing Super Bowl up ahead.
  14. Heed your tale, Icarus... In all seriousness, these uniforms feel more like a hodgepodge of different college uniform ideas without having some nod to the past of the team (besides the championships in the crest logo). I feel like at least keeping some design cues (like the number font) would work better instead of reinventing the wheel.
  15. My two cents: The Commanders name is decent, I guess. I find it nice taking a different approach to Washington sporting team nicknames after all of the government ones. Something that harks to the military is a nice deviation. The numbers are just typical "military style" font, and that level of design laziness doesn't belong in the NFL. The jerseys just seems run of the mill default Nike package that some high school tweaked and added their colors. I am liking the potential of the black alternate jersey and helmet, something that hasn't been fully utilized by Washington. I do remember seeing somewhere that the new W logo looks like a recolored Waste Management logo. Now I can picture Wayne Huizenga kicking and screaming in his grave.
  16. Reject modernity, embrace tradition.
  17. Personally, I have always loved the helmets at the 30 yard line. Very good stuff, and I don't like how they are taking out most of the features on the field (the helmet, the conference logos, the color on the 20 yard line, etc.)
  18. I have always preferred the blue jersey being Denver's primary over the orange, it just seems off with that late 90's design. There are also a few kinks to be worked out with Chicago's orange alts (I think they should add the alternate Bear logo instead of the Wishbone C on the helmet), but I think I agree with you.
  19. Whenever I look at concepts on the board, I feel like people utilize the “Miami Vice” style of colors too much whenever they do the Dolphins or the Marlins or whatever team. I mean, I like it, don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful set of colors but it’s been used and used so many times that it’s kinda gotten boring.
  20. Hallelujah! Finally, the NFL makes a good decision!
  21. Too much blue in this years playoffs. I won’t be surprised if we have an all-blue playoffs.
  22. I thought they looked good from 1999-2005 in my opinion, definitely up there for my favorite football uniforms ever.
  23. I don’t know about the public consensus about these uniforms, but I think these are the best Pacers uniforms: The Flo-Jo uni’s come in a close second for me but the past few uniform sets have not been the best and I really hope that they refine this design and bring it back someday.
  24. Georgia's and Grambling State's look oddly similar.
