What the fuq is with the colt's left eye?

You mean like "IBTL"? I know that was a thing for a while, but was it really that bad? I ask that for purposes of transparancy and to actually show examples of the line that new members are asked to recognize and not cross, that Proposition 341: "Reinstate the Graveyard" gets added to the ballot to be voted on at the next secret Mod meeting. Maybe change the name to something more generic, like "locked threads" and it won't be "fun" to post about threads getting "burried in the graveyard".

The Graveyard isn't gone. It's just "invisible" to most members. The problem was that people would jump into any thread that was even kinda-sorta heading south and clog it up with "IN BEFORE GRAVEYARD" posts, which only made things worse. So... if it's invisible, what's the point? Is it a mods only thing?

Why is the Graveyard gone? It stinks when threads like Admiral's "when things get salty" just vanish. If they cross a line and get locked, people should at least be able to see what is an example of over the line.

So it just stopped on iPad. I didn't do the restore - or anything else. It just magically stopped. I'm not sure what that's supposed to lead me to think. Guess I'm not going to worry about it until it happens again.

Question about this photo. The dolphin on the sleeve is "retreating" (if you will) and facing the opposite way of the dolphin on the helmet. Was this normal? It looks really off to me. Was this a one-year thing? An error on this jersey? I googled Dan Marino and the few logos I found on his right sleeve appeared to be forward-facing.Good catch. I've never seen a dolphins jersey like that. Also, I had no idea Gary Clark played for Miami - or Phoenix.

FWIW I'm using Safari, and have no plans to use Chrome. I haven't done it yet but I'm going to try a restore in case there is "something else" going on.

Just tried it again and now it's happening every single time I click a topic - and even after I click "back" to go back. It shows me the topic for a second then switches to women's health. Not only that, but even when I click on forums (which doesn't cause the redirect like topics do) it launches tabs to advertiser sites. I'm done with this on iPad. If it starts happening on phone i may need to be done all together since that's my primary posting method now. I totally get the need for ads, but there's a difference between an advertisement and totally hijacking your device. I apologize if this is just a virus or something that's specific to my particular device, and I know that it's not like CC or whoever is sitting there consciously making this happen, but I hope it can stop.

If CC or any admins are reading this, the site has become unviewable on ipad (maybe just mine, but I would assume it's widespread). Almost exactly 50% of the tine when I click oh a topic I get taken to a good housekeeping site with freaking Ellen on it. It's been happening for a while, but so infrequently that it wasn't a big deal. Tonight it was nearly 50%. I posted the URL below if it helps with anything. When I click back, it takes me where I wanted to be. Very cool. Their new identity should have taken inspiration from those. Admiral (I think) (among others) had a good concept for an updated version back before they switched

I've always wanted to know...do you really mean this? Do you prefer the Vet (I was never there) to CBP (Been there; it's pretty nice) and the Linc (Never been inside)? I made the user name in 2004, I think before CBP was even open. Of course the new facilities are a million times nicer an better places to watch a a game, but I went to dozens if not hundreds of games at the Vet an it certainly had a "personality" that can never be duplicated. The new places are relatively sterile in comparision (though CBP was absolutely an amazing place to be during that sell-out streak when every single game was like an NFL-style event.) I'm glad things are the way they are now (even if I'm not thrilled about how they got that way), but I always get that nostalgic feeling when thinking about peeing in giant beer cups and placing them on the ground because the pipes froze and the mens rooms were unusable (except for the sinks of course... which of course had lines just like urinals did.

Sweet Georgia Brown, that font is awful. Steve Carlton never wore a "32" that looked like that.Yeah I have no idea what they were going for there. At the Vet they used something similar to the 80s font (they also had a couple old-timey "P"s retired for players who played before numbers. They have policy of retiring numbers for HOFers (only exception was Ashburn but he eventually got in to HOF). I really wonder if they'll do anything for Rollins since he was here so long and set the team hit record. I hope they don't, but something tells me that they will.

Eagles added their numbers and some championships last season before the big renovation: Not sure if this counts since it's not a team-sanctioned banner, but thought I'd post it anyway. Fortunately that fat turd is long gone.

The Phillies numbers at Cbp look crummy, as they're just painted on to the brick. The old pinstripe-circles from the Vet (they should really bring that back) were much better.

Huge mistake if they do. All of their success at the FCS level has to do with their ability to recruit guys who'd rather start for YSU than sit on the bench for a Akron or Kent State. That's gone if they become just another Ohio MAC program. Always found it odd how many Ohio schools have football programs. I know it was once a recruiting hotbed and perhaps closer to the geographic center of the game, but it's still odd to me. You don't see nearly the same density in Illinois or Indiana, for example, despite them having pretty much the same attributes as Ohio does (region, population, big cities/small cities, etc) Just looked up FBS, FCS, and D2 teams by state. I was expecting Ohio to have a ton, but was surprised to see that PA has a bunch more: Ohio: 22 (8, 2, 12) PA: 34 (3, 8, 23)

I kinda dig those, but I love pinstripes. Would that jersey look better with matching pants or grey pants? I think I would change the logo and numbers to grey and match it with grey pants.Gray pants would be terrible. You never see pinstripes on top and solid on bottom worn by anyone who knows how to dress. It'd be like wearing a pinstriped suit jacket with khakis. The more I think about this, I'm intrigued to see what it would look like on field, or at least on a model. I don't think we've ever seen the pants, nor do I think anyone's done a photoshop of the whole outfit.

I don't think it's a horrible idea at all. Navy pinstriped suits are always in style, and give them kind of a mob element that's kidna cool. What I don't like is the NY on it. Just the New York wordmark would work better, or a Yankees wordmark (either block, or the script.)
