Clintau24
Well, this is pretty rough. Very pixilated to begin with. Also having the name, number, AND logo on the front, as well as a moniker on the back, just doesn't work. These are way too busy. Plus, numbers on the shorts? That's an interesting aspect. I think those could work, much like the Chicago White Sox throwbacks. But they shouldn't be on the back of the shorts either. Think you need to pick on design aspect and run with it.Oh, and there's no back story like the title claims. "I believe in Auburn and love it!" Chilton92
Pretty much what Clintau24 said. But I'd also add that you probably shouldn't use Comic Sans on a uniform concept. If you go to the "Fonts by Conrad" thread, you might find the Hawks font. If it's not there, I'd look for one similar to it. http://www.manic-expression.com

PaperThin
I'd recommend taking your time. The font is not working and it's quite busy.
PittsburghGuy222
This looks not very well done. looks rushed and the colors do not go together well. Also what is up with the "The Pac is back thing" 3/

Blackhawks#9
comic sans just doesn't work for uniforms. Try using a more athletic font. I'd recommend going to fonts by conrad on this site. Free photoshop program would be gimp. If you're looking for an illustrator alternative, try inkscape.
Sean F&F
I'm not a huge fan of lower case letters for the team/city names. The logo and number on the front look a little cluttered and busy.Maybe try the number on the top left and move the logo up? https://fandfsports.wordpress.com/Hockey Uniform Templates (Gimp/Photoshop) http://seanff.deviantart.com/gallery/52790653/Devious-Folder
Germanshepherd
not sure if trolling.......anyways, no comic sans, the front 3 looks a little cut off the pac is back is unnecessary, if ya really want it put it on the collar in small text, remove the shorts # and pac from the chest. i have unquantifiable corpses on my conscience
Clintau24
Comic Sans is a bad choice, as mentioned above, but I like the attempt to match the font to the PacMan logo. Whether that was intentional or not "I believe in Auburn and love it!"
(probably)notabandwagonfan
Not to rehash what others have said, but the comic sans stands out way too much. The front of it is way too busy as well, like Clintau24 said. I would suggest possibly using only the logo without "Atlanta" written across the front, or at least not separate the two. "The Pac is Back" on the back needs to go, it serves no purpose and just looks terrible. is this GFGS or is there a reason for the grey? For the font, I would match it to a previous Hawks font, preferably from when the Pac logo was used.
TheNightOwl
Comic sans must go, as others have said. Get a sleeker font, make the numbers on the shorts bolder and larger and only on the front. Also, take the pac is back off the jersey as it makes no sense. As this is you're first post on the boards it's all good, just follow the cc and you'll get better. Good luck and happy designing!
