You did a fine job tanking but expansion teams SHOULD get the rights to the respective 1 and 2 picks. 

 

If you were in the discussion, Amsterdam (12W) should get the 1st pick since they have one less win than you (13W). That's the usual way tiebreakers are determined, followed by goals scored.

That's why I only mentioned wins...(because I'm unsure as well) I say we flip a coins heads it's Bostons tails its Amsterdams if it doesn't land or lands on it side I get it lol jkjk

There shouldn't be a lottery. Use the standings as it should be. Expansion team #1 gets the 1st pick. Expansion team #2 gets 2nd, Amsterdam gets 3rd and Brooklyn gets 4th. 

That's the way it SHOULD be but who knows. Whatever
