I've been digging most of these so far, but the Minnesota is off a bit. I'm good with the current setup for the home and way - different, but that's what the NBA needs. I do really like the idea of the Land jersey, though. I'd say that one should stay, for sure.

I really like incorporating the DC flag into the jersey - I dislike the striping pattern of the current set. (I also think the primary logo needs to be used more.)

For the cherry blossom jersey - I get trying to continue with the concept of the main set, but I think it looks like a curtain.  What you could do is keep the pink, remove the whole cherry blossom setup, and move a cherry blossom to the collar or on the top above the name on the back (and on the belt of the shorts). I think the gray needs to be darker to provide contrast to both a light pink and white.

For the championships reference, I don't think you need the rings at all on the U. The shorts are perfect for that. You could do something like the Royals did and use gold as a trim instead of the black. 

I really like the gray jersey! I would say that including the Bean throws off the sharp-angle tendencies of the jersey. If you want to keep it, I'd vote using the cursive from the old away jerseys, and replacing the shorts with Chicago skyline silhouettes.

I would get rid of the arch in the wordmarks. Intriguing homage to Dirk. And if there's a logo change, I think there probably would be a mesh of the logo you used and the current one.

Way too much happening on the sarape jersey. I would go with a much cleaner font, and not include the spur in the U, or replace that with "San Antonio." I'd narrow the sarape bands. The Alamo outline is growing on me, though I wonder if it or the wordmark are the proper size.

Nobody in Charlotte actually calls the city Buzz City, we call it the Queen City because that's what it is. A purple alt using the pinstripes and reading "Charlotte" would have been better. The City is actually really good, I'd just change the wordmark from Hornets to Charlotte to represent the city itself. I could go either way on the Throwback, we don't really mention the Bobcats around here (in fact, they only get a small display in the stadium itself) and people aren't likely to be enthusiastic about throwing back to the tea we got as a consolation prize.

I would think Michael would have been aware of it being the Queen City. Do you know if there's a legal reason or otherwise as to why "Buzz City" was chosen?

I LOVE the incorporation of a component of the flag - I think their orange-and-navy and navy-and-orange jerseys have been the best they've had. I think the ball logo on the shorts would be smaller, but otherwise, this is very strong. For the musical-themed jersey, I think a straight black wordmark and numbers would be better - you could use the primary navy too.

So for team 11, I chose the Knicks. I decided to keep the home and away pretty much the same, just with a more arched New York, side panels, and their Apple logo on the shorts. An orange alternate saying Knicks is included to buck tradition, and the city jersey (one of my favorites so far) is pizza box themed. The throwback is to their very unique early 80s look. Let me know what you think!

This is great. Your cities time and time again are great and this is no exception. I don’t really like the classic, but I don’t think it is what you did to it.

I am digging the darker gray for Washington - I think it needs to be included on the Monument and Capitol too for consistency. Having "San Antonio" looks great! And OKC jersey looks so much better!

My next team is the lakers. I decided to get rid of the two biggest complaints of the current set, the too bright yellow, and the black side panels. I also decided to make the white jersey a little more unique, with LA on the front and palm trees on the shorts. I also brought back the Kobe city jersey and the blue throwback.

I really don't think so. MJ is one of the worst owners in the sport and it's clear he doesn't understand what Charlotte actually wants: the classic pinstripes and a good team.

Tbh we all want to have a good team. Look at the mariners. It would be great if the made it to the playoffs and brought the blue and yellow back. Doesn’t mean it’s happening.

My next team is the nuggets. I wanted to return to the rainbow jerseys, but the wordmark and number cluttered the jersey, so I chose just the number. The city jersey is inspired by the Denver airport’a “bluecifer” statue. Finally the throwback is to the mid 70s look.

I missed a couple teams so here we go 

 

Knicks- classic, can't go wrong, as a proud jersey Italian I would buy those pizza box shorts in a heartbeat, despite being a nets fan

Lakers- Can't really go wrong, I think the LA looks a little strange on the white, just the shape of it isn't long enough to fill up the front of the jersey it kinda looks strange

Nuggets- Awesome, no complaints.

So for the halfway point, I chose the kings. I combined the current look with the retro light blue look. I honestly had a lot of trouble with the city jersey because I don’t know much about Sacramento. Finally I chose the black eastern conference finals look for the throwback.
