at nhl.com's store they are selling RBK Crosby jerseys W/O the shield and at their press conference pronger and peca did not have it on their jerseys either

Maybe as part of the cost certainty movement sweeping the new NHL, the Preds broke out a replica for Kariya to show off instead of splurging for the authentic!
