leopard88 Posted November 4, 2005 Share Posted November 4, 2005 They broke out the black jerseys for the first time against Lehigh last year (posted pictures are from that game). I remember squinting at the TV to see if I was seeing things correctly.This year they have worn them 2-3 times, IIRC, once with black pants (My first or second post ever was on the monochromes). They have had 6 home games so far this year (7th and last one tomorrow), so I think the maroon and black jerseys are about even right now. SoxSteeler Posted November 5, 2005 Share Posted November 5, 2005 These are terrible. I should have known louisvilles football team would get black alternates. Their basketball team has them. I do think they would be more acceptable with white pants. All black for any team looks hideous. As much as i hate louisville, i must say that their regular jerseys are quite good.
