The claws seem "forced", and I like UNC with block numbers. I think this is more the school than your design though. I like UNC, and I don't feel that design for them. Or Clemson, although I guess Mizzou is a little more progressive when it comes to uniform design. Mizzou is actually a great call, and black/old gold would look exceptionally good with this design. It'd also be sharp looking for Arizona, and the number font reminds me just a little of their men's hoops numbers (I know it's a different font, but it's a lot closer than some other schools).
