Like the logo, like the font. Obviously, far better than what they have. Only problem I see: my attention is immediately drawn to those six lines at the crook of the nose. That makes it like the cougar is sneering, but nothing else in the mouth area denotes that. I like the solemn and intense look of this cougar, but I also like the idea of a slight sneer.
