The Blackhawks have 6 home games on tv this year. They are shown on Comcast SportsNet Chicago.From the word I've gotten around the sports department, this is because 6 Blackhawks road games are being shown on Versus. CSN's contract with the Blackhawks calls for 41 games. Therefore, Wirtz was left with no choice but to bite the bullet and air some of his United Center Secret Society Meetings on TV. Signing an old retread like Bondra is a complete waste. And Wirtz is a tool. That sonovabehind should be removed for driving a once-great hockey market into the ground. Chicago could certainly use the injection of offense. Bondra is a class act all the way, but it's too bad he's gotten to that "new team every year" stage.
