nybatt Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 noticed kellen winslow (along with a couple others) wearing brown under armor instead of the team brown socks yesterday against seattle.... the spandex-looking under armor was actually a "lighter" brown than the team-issued. it reminded me of thurman thomas who wore red spandex instead of the team-issued reds for the late '80's/early '90's bills.sorry for the lack of pics! TruColor Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 I'm just guessing here, but I *think* that Under Armor probably just provides stock colors for their products. The Browns use a custom Brown for their primary color, and is matched to a custom Reebok fabric color for the uniform materials.It wouldn't be too surprising that the two Browns didn't match. They never really look brown on tv.
