If it's supposed to look like the mascot then make it look like that.Perhaps have a little line going down the middle of the tongue, other than that the logo it's self looks fantastic. Very nice job! The mascot has two toned fur, you're has one tone and its not even in the scheme of Cinci. Secondly, get rid of the symmetry, it looks odd. If you made it at a slight angle, it would look a lot better, like Jacksonville's jaguar head. Also, incorporate the red into the face, and give it more of the bearcat features with a broader nose and rounder ears.
