I didn't love the letters, but thought the globe was really solid, especially the twin pennants (easily my favorite iconography for the Fall Classic). The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! To go from such a unique, versatile and progressive piece to this tired pile of scrap paper is awful. The iconography and color of the old logo could have been changed to reflect the fall theme they were after, and the basic concept could have worked and looked great fr years. Shame on the MLB for giving in to safety and traditionalism by abandoning the first truly revolutionary logo system I've ever seen for a sporting event/playoff season.
