For the 'A' on the hat, I would put either a thin white outline or a gold outline to make it stick out more.

Black was part of the uniform when they were in Milwaukee, although they did not have a vest, that is something new.

Wrong on the account that the Braves had black when they were in Milwaukee. As a matter of fact the only time the Braves have had black according to SSUR.org was in 1909 when they were known as the Nationals (I guess) and their colors were maroon and black. All throughout Milwaukee they were NAVY BLUE. Do some research next time, it might save you some from looking really bad in the future.
